Melissa was kind enough to bake some cheer-up cupcakes for my family while a relative was sick in the hospital. Cheer-up is an understatement! She made these delicious carrot cake cupcakes with a frosting that is out of this WORLD! My family enjoyed them so much, I put in an order for the funeral. On such a grim day, it was wonderful to be able to make people smile with those cupcakes. They flew right out of the box! People were enjoying eating those decadent treats and for a moment they were focused on the yummy goodness in their mouths and not the tragic reason we were gathered. Melissa is a wonderful person to work with because she has a passion for baking and she pays attention to the details and she has prompt service! My family and I thank her very much for baking the cupcakes (An order of 50!!) and brightening up our day!
